The LTLCS program provides a contract
vehicle for Department of Defense (DOD) sites, worldwide, to
obtain commercial level support services for their Nortel
Networks electronic digital telephone switch systems, the
SL-100 and Meridian 1.
The LTLCS program will provide for
support of the complete telephone systems as well as other
vendor telephone management systems (K&R, ACE*COMM and
Unique),
digital conferencing systems, Automated Centralized
Operations and Maintenance Systems (ACOMS), Automated Dial
Assistance Service (ADAS), Integrated Service Digital
Network (ISDN) applications and products, accessory
hardware, proprietary instruments and peripherals. Services
include: depot level repair, short and long term field
service support, remote diagnostics, software support &
upgrades, parts & materials, hardware upgrades and
enhancements, training, warranty, commissioning services,
technical support of hardware and software baselines,
hardware de-installation, installation, relocation,
consulting, extended service plans, services and technical
documentation.
